Shipping Policy

Free shipping is available on all orders placed for delivery to the lower 48 states. We do not currently ship outside of the contiguous United States.

 

Estimated Shipping Timelines

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days from the date of order. We will contact you if your order is delayed for some reason.

 

Return Policy & Restocking Fees

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for a valid reason, you are welcome to return your item to us within 30 days of delivery. We will let you know the cost associated with this as you the customer will be responsible for the cost of all freight incurred (restocking fees may also apply).

Flat Rate Shipping promotional pricing does not apply to returns.
Your refund will be issued once the returned items land at our facility and are inspected.

Note: All returns must be preapproved by an Urban Fire representative.

 

Damaged Returns

When the item(s) arrive at our facilities, they will be thoroughly inspected by our highly trained inspectors. If there is any damage found on the piece(s), the amount of your refund will be based on the condition of the product. It is highly recommended that before you package your items to send back to us that you carefully document with photos the condition of your product. If any photos you provide fail to show the damaged product clearly, your refund amount will be left to our discretion. If the product leaves your home in perfect condition and the item arrives in a damaged state, you will be responsible to contact the carrier to recoup any losses.

 

Cancellations

Refunds will be issued for cancellations occurring before your order has shipped. In other circumstances, cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
